Often, being right is all about perspective! From your perspective, of course you’re going to be right!
You have your own perspective no matter what you do, whether you’re buying a house, buying milk, or dealing with your kids. And from your perspective, you’re right!
When you’re dealing with people, we all have our own unique perspective that shapes how we approach a situation.
That means that if there’s conflict, you may want to take a moment to consider their perspective. Once you understand their perspective, you’ll be able to help create the ultimate win-win situation.
