Ever had a deal start to go bad? That’s when the finger pointing starts.




It’s the realtors fault! No, it’s the escrow manager’s fault! Wait, it’s the buyer….or was it the seller? Someone is at fault!




Doesn’t matter who it was - but there’s always someone ready to point a finger and blame someone else.




Want to get the job done? Cut off your finger! Stop pointing fingers at others, and make the deal happen for the client. Stop trying to be a superhero, and instead, get the job done.




Stepping in and trying to be a super negotiator means that we can easily get in the way. Instead of trying to be a superhero, it’s better to just make it happen for your clients.
