You’re also - like me - probably not physically capable of doing everything on your own.




You rely on a team that helps you get everything accomplished. Take a moment and say thank you to all the people who are supporting you! Your assistant, your affiliates, your team member, boss, or even your broker.




“But wait a minute, Tom,” you might say. “I don’t have good luck with finding a team; it’s just never worked out.”




Well, friend: it might be time to look in a mirror. What if it’s you?




I know that I have to be very mindful when I’m working with my team: I can be like a steamroller and flatten them! When we work together, we’re able to accomplish even more.




For this week’s Tip Tuesday, I’m sharing with you the importance of team, and how invaluable they are to high performers like me.
