  • If you’re a brand new agent, here’s my #1 piece of advice: fund your retirement account! Don’t wait, it could lose you thousands of dollars. I didn’t start until I was nearly 40, and I regret that more than anything.

  • When I was a kid, I saw a presentation at school about being positive, and that has impacted my life even today! We were encouraged to believe in ourselves and our dreams. That belief has impacted my career as a realtor.




  • Last, complacency is so destructive. Our industry changes so fast, that if you don’t focus on keeping up, you won’t be able to serve your clientele as well. Pay attention to the news, and keep up with training!
