About the Guest Angela Skrzynski, D.O.

Angela Skrzynski is a board certified family medicine and sleep medicine physician from southern New Jersey. She completed her sleep medicine training at the University of Michigan and since the COVID-19 pandemic, has been working as the lead physician for telehealth at one of South Jersey’s largest healthcare systems.

In 2023, she founded SleepPro CBT-i, a telemedicine practice that makes insomnia care easy and accessible. SleepPro CBT-i is the marriage of two of her great passions – sleep wellness and digital health.

Angela’s most important role in this world is as a wife and mother to three young girls.
