107: Self Care and Astrology

Welcome to another episode of Seeing With Stars Podcast with your host – Stephanie Johnson. In this episode, Stephanie is going to speak about self care  – a topic she spoke about in episode 36 – Self Care through the Sun Signs, however this show is a little different.

Today’s show was prompted after Stephanie had a conversation with some of the older members of her family, with a number of them who believed that self care and considering your own needs, was selfish. Interesting that now there is an entire industry that is dedicated to helping people become more aware of self care to ensure they’re able to take care of themselves, so they can then be their very best for others.

So, in today’s show Stephanie will take more about self care and why this is so important, especially when we look at it through the lens of Astrology.
