In the fourth episode of the third season, Damo is looking at some of the key factors that are needed for somebody who is following a path of personal cultivation using the Eastern arts. Personal qualities are looked at as well as practical issues. These factors were identified from questions sent into the Lotus Nei Gong school as well as from seeing what qualities have helped Damo in his own development.
