Celebrating the 65th birthday of Bruce Dickinson on August 7th, Greg has chosen the 2008 film, “Crowley” (aka “The Chemical Wedding”) which is based on a screenplay by Mr. Dickinson for our viewing enjoyment this week. Join Greg and Karen as they discuss the film while they enjoy a cocktail called the “Absinthe Frappè”. The recipe that Greg found on moodymixologist.com is below.

Absinthe Frappè Cocktail Recipe

• 1 1/2 oz absinthe
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• mint, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add absinthe and simple syrup to cocktail shaker and fill 3/4 with ice.
   
2. Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds. Strain into a double rocks glass or julep cup filled with crushed ice.
   
3. Stir, top with more crushed ice, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

In this thriller, a virtual reality experiment gone wrong sends the soul of the infamous madman into the body of a shy university professor.
