We all have something that we are good at, that we are passionate about, that we feel comfortable doing it again and again. Something that makes us feel that we are the best when we are doing it. So we should never give up on our passion, even if you are busy with other commitments in life, you don’t shut yourself off. You keep yourself open to opportunities, and always prepare yourself mentally and physically, to say yes.
Today’s interview is about how saying yes to a simple opportunity that arises unexpectedly, can turn out to be a great experience.
Our guest today is an energetic lady from Dallas, Texas, and her name is Tracy Timm. Currently, Tracy runs a small business where she conducts public speaking and training programs. She works with organizations to deal with their human capital challenges and she approaches that from a behavioral psychology perspective, especially on the area on motivation, personality and behavior. These approaches are effective in ensuring that people are in the right roles, motivated well and managed in a right way during their employment period with a company.
