Our mentality towards our diets plays a significant role on how we feel about ourselves and our life. More often than not, we restrict ourselves on the type of food that we should not eat, creating a lot of negativity in our life. Instead, what we should be focusing on is the positive side and appreciate all the wonderful food that we can enjoy.
Living a healthy lifestyle is all about feeling good about yourself, it is about enjoying all the delicious healthy food and feel good about it. If you need to force yourself to swallow that bowl of salad, that means you are doing it wrong.
Today’s guest is a nutrition and healthy lifestyle expert, and her name is Arielle Haspel. Her business, Be Well With Arielle, mainly focuses on health and wellness education, including online healthy cooking shows – “Treat Yourself” and “Clean Eating”, cooking classes, one-on-one healthy lifestyle and nutrition coaching sessions, as well as creating delicious healthy recipes for brands.
