My guest this episode is Jennifer Salter and she talks about her experience of saying “YES” to love for the second time. She is a social media manager, virtual assistant, handmade shop owner and a blogger. She shares her story of how she got married at a very young age and how her first relationship ended. She says it was a terrible ending and swore to herself to never fall in love again; never let her heart control her mind. Jennifer believes she is a ‘lover of love’ and it was somewhat hard to support the idea of never falling in love again.
She met her second husband online with the help of her friend. She says they talked for hours and just after one week into knowing each other, her husband was like “I think we should get married”. She said “YES” to the idea of getting married within the next three days. However, she spent 6 months with her husband before being married and moved to Texas to spend time with him. Jennifer discusses how the lack of support from family did not help her cause when she was planning to move to Texas. However, she mustered up all the courage and took this bold step. Jennifer believes her life has greatly transformed because of saying “YES” to love for the second time. All the things she is doing in her life right now, being a social media manager, virtual assistant, owning a handmade shop, all of that is a result of saying “YES”. She believes her husband’s constant support has been very important for her in achieving her dreams.
