I’m sure most of you understand the tremendous amount of dedication and perseverance to complete a long-distance marathon, but the level of mental strength required for an ultra runner is at a level much higher than a typical marathon runner. So what exactly attracts a typical marathon runner to go for the extra miles, taking part in ultra running?
I have Jamie King, who is an avid ultra runner with me today to share her journey and her story in the world of fitness and entrepreneurship. Jamie is an expert in the world of fitness, not only is she the founder of FitApproach and SweatGuru, she is also a yoga practitioner and an online news columnist. Being an ultra runner, she constantly challenges her physical and mental limit which she believes made her into the stronger and better person she is today.
