My guest this episode is Ashley Taylor Yannello and she shares her journey of going into sobriety. She is a motivational speaker, based out of Chicago and runs a couple of websites where people can interact with her. She said “YES” to completely going sober. Ashley was a regular drinker in her twenties but as she moved in her early thirties she stopped enjoying the usual consumption of alcohol. It was during this time she realized that was doing no good to herself rather just wasting her money.
She also discussed her past relationship with alcohol and that her transition to sobriety was a slow and steady process. Her journey into the entrepreneurial world helped her a lot in giving up alcohol and by the time, she was ready to say “YES” to sobriety, alcohol held little importance in her life.
