However, her mission in life according to her belief is teaching people non-violent communication and she works with New York Center for Nonviolent Communication (NYCNVC) in this regard. She teaches people how to resolve conflicts with the use of dialogue. She said “YES” to take salsa dance lessons. She grew up dancing to Latin music and practiced Merengue in her childhood. She always wanted to learn to perform salsa dance and when in 2016, she came to know about one of her friend learning salsa dance, she was quick to say “YES” to take salsa lessons.
Taisha shared her journey of learning salsa dancing and that how difficult it is as a beginner to perform right steps in salsa dancing. She also emphasized on being compassionate to yourself when learning anything new and you will get better at it with time, hard work and dedication.
