Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great time no matter where you are! I am in this global community where people around the world support each other and I don’t even know where they live! We start communicating then I know ‘oh she lives in UK, oh he lives in NY.’ Such a small world! Wherever they live, they all face similar difficulties and challenges. So today let’s dive into a topic of effective ways of communicating with teenagers especially learning English for Japanese parents!

今月は、息子のアメリカの大学のオリエンテーションに参加してきました。いよいよ大学がスタート！保護者にもアフタヌーンティーを振る舞っていただき、とても手厚い学生のサポートがあることに、胸がいっぱいになりました。

福岡空港でもトランジットをして、数十年ぶりに妹や両親や親戚みんなと集まることができたり、久しぶりに受講生とお会いできたり・・・今までのこと、これからのことを考えながら、現在地をしっかり見つめ直すことができました。
