In this episode we sit down with Jeanna Cournoyer of Fight Back Fit. She’s a self defense and fitness expert who’s going to share with us what you need to know about Krav Maga, self defense, and how to evaluation self defense training to know if it’s right for you.
About our guest:
Jeanna Cournoyer is the owner and head instructor of Fight Back Fit- Self Defense & Fitness. She is a certified Krav Maga Black Belt Instructor through the Krav Maga Alliance. Jeanna is the only female Krav Maga Black Belt in Houston, and one of only a few females teaching Krav Maga in the United States.
She is a certified Fear and Adrenal Stress Training (F.A.S.T) Coach and specializes in working with women and teens on self-defense tactics and survival skills.
She is a certified Tactical Pistol Instructor through Combat Shooting and Tactics (CSAT) and offers handgun training, including women’s only classes.
Finally Jean is also a CrossFit Level 1 instructor and personal fitness trainer.
So when it comes to being women’s self defense and fitness expert, Jeanna tops the charts.
