We Are Super Spreaders
Hope is not a passive feeling but a spiritual force rooted in the resurrection of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and intended to defy despair. It is not merely a means of surviving hard times. It is a transformative, world-challenging power meant to overflow into the lives of others. This hope was never meant to be contained. It must be shared, infectiously and boldly.
Jesus’ words in Matthew 28:18–20 reveal that all authority belongs to Him. With that authority, He commissions His followers to make disciples of all nations. This commission is not reserved for the spiritually elite. It rests on the promise of His presence. God places His power in imperfect vessels to show that the greatness of the work is His, not ours (2 Corinthians 4:7). Weakness is not a disqualifier. It is the platform for God’s unmistakable glory.
Those who feel inadequate are in the ideal position to be used by God. The calling is not to be eloquent or flawless but to be faithful. God’s presence lives within believers (1 Corinthians 6:19), making them mobile sanctuaries who bring the Kingdom wherever they go. His command is clear: “Freely you received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8). Salvation is not the endpoint. It is the beginning of a mission.
Like Hannah, who walked in the identity of God’s promise before it was fulfilled, faith means embracing God’s Word as truth even before seeing evidence. This hope confronts fear, breaks shame, and carries the power of God to transform lives. Those who carry it are not just recipients of grace. They are super spreaders of the Kingdom.
As you reflect on this message this week, consider the following:
Where in your life do you feel least qualified, and how might God be calling you to trust His power in that area? Are there places or relationships where the hope in you has been silent, and what would it look like to begin sharing it intentionally? What would change if you truly believed that God’s presence is always with you, even when you feel weak or unnoticed? The post We Are Super Spreaders appeared first on Revival Life Church Boca Raton, FL.
