In this episode, Ren talks with Jen Burton who was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Columbus College of Art and Design then moved to San Francisco after graduating. In SF, she became the manager of a. non-profit Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop in the Castro. After 2 years of slowly realizing she could not possibly afford to live there, she moved home and started cutting her teeth in the beer and wine business. She worked for multiple beer and wine centric spots in Columbus before opening Seventh Son in 2013. She really loves hanging out with her daughter Jane and her husband Mark, being around weirdos who can laugh, dragrace, coffee, and bragging about her staff at Seventh Son!
