Ben Coomber is one of the UK’s leading experts on nutrition, and host of the UK’s #1 health podcast, Ben Coomber Radio. He’s written several books on health and nutrition, frequently posts content on his social media channels, and is the founder of the Body Type Nutrition Academy and Awesome Supplements. In this episode, Ben and I talk about his journey to health, the challenges people face and how we help them to recognise the behaviours that hold them back and be an effective change agent. We touch on the future of fitness – which might surprise you – and what part personalisation will play.
