Sam Brown is a highly successful Partner at a City law firm. Last year, she suffered from professional breakdown – a result of prolonged overwork and increasing levels of chronic stress. Eventually Sam recovered and is now back at work but not before she had several months off work and a short spell in hospital. Sam is very open about her experiences and this is an insightful conversation about perfectionism, self-awareness, mental hygiene, staying well and knowing the signs of overwork and poor health.
