Debra Boudreaux is the Executive Vice President of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, and has served as a senior volunteer since 1989.  Having led and coordinated medical outreach for more than 800 projects between 1993 and 2013, Debra brings more than twenty-six years of experience working on eight major projects within the Tzu Chi’s four missions: Charity, Medical Care, Education and Humanitarian assistance.  She patterns her daily life on the teachings of Tzu Chi Master Cheng Yen: “Gratitude, Respect and Love.” She carries this spirit into the communities in need, and into her conversations with others.
