In this podcast episode Chris is joined by Antoine Martel to talk about how to build a rental portfolio using OPM. 

Antoine shares his journey with real estate and how he got started, along with tips for other people getting started with building a rental portfolio.  One big piece of advice from Antoine is to focus, you really need to focus on one or two markets at most. Don’t jump all over different markets.

Antoine explains the BRRRR strategy, it means buy, rehab, rent, refinance and repeat. It allows you with very little amount of capital. The goal is to have a house with barely your own money in it and your money back in the bank so you can keep repeating the process.
