A Mother’s Fight for Justice with Rachel Bruno
Today on Redeemed & Restored, you’re going to hear about a mother’s fight for justice when the government kidnapped her children. It’s an unthinkable story, but a story of redemption and restoration.
Rachel Bruno is a wife to her husband of 19 years, and a mom of two boys. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration and co-founded a successful Cyber Security company with her husband. Things drastically changed in the summer of 2015, shortly after the birth of her second child.
Her 7-week-old baby and toddler son were seized by Child Protective Services when her newborn sustained critical cranial injuries while in the care of a nanny. She was evicted from her own home and had to endure an arduous court case to prove her innocence. For 3 years she pursued authorities who erroneously accused her and put her children through a battery of traumatic tests without parental consent. She won her legal case in 2018 and was awarded 7 figures in damages.
Rachel is now an author and public speaker. Her focus is to educate families while being a voice for those victimized by the unconstitutional vices of Family Court and Child Protective Services. Through the pain of her experience, she came to the realization of her calling: to fearlessly proclaim the role of women in the family and the gift that comes with it.
