Around 7 young people aged between 13-24 are diagnosed with cancer every day, in the UK.
I’ve spent the past 4 months with 18 year old Jabraan and his family, getting to know their stories and their fight against cancer. I also speak with Teenage Cancer Trust, who have been played a huge role in the support network for both Jabraan and the Family.
