Your 15 Point Action Plan To Make 2021 Your Best Year Ever!1) Train your mind to see what’s right and positive. Are you overwhelmed or are you dripping with opportunities? Are you busy or are you productive? What are you telling yourself? Is it generally positive or negative? What’s your first reaction to daily challenges?2) Your challenges are helping you grow in ways you can’t imagine. Adopt the saying ‘It’s too soon to tell!’ Welcome the opportunity to conquer new situations. You are the sum of all of your experiences, so be sure to appreciate each one as part of that quilt you’re weaving throughout life. 3) There will never be a day where all of your to-do list is complete, your voicemail is empty and your texts are all answered. Find peace by being mentally and emotionally strong while everything else is happening all the time! 4) You can’t control what people say and do. You can’t control everything that happens. What you can control is how you respond to it all. Practice 20 minute mental breaks before reacting. Don’t call someone right back, don’t immediately respond to texts emails. Don’t take so long you’re being rude but do take long enough to gather your thoughts and check your reaction. Are you reacting out of ego or out of compassion?5) Stop waiting. If you wait until you feel 100% ready, you’ll be waiting the rest of your life. Do you wait all day til it’s time to stop working? Wait all week for the weekend? Wait all year for your vaction? Wait for everyone else to respond first? All that waiting is eating up your life energy. 6) Start replacing the phrase “I have to” with “I get to” whenever you catch yourself lamenting. So many activities we complain about are things others wish they had the chance to do. Not everyone has the same resources, options and blessings you do.
