Ray Zhang is a renowned 7-figure land flipper nationwide. As the founder of LandFlip INC, Ray specializes in virtual land flipping and has achieved this success while working only 3-4 hours a day. He is known for his action-oriented, no-fluff, and no-BS approach to land coaching. Ray’s humble beginnings are a testament to his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Having come to the country with just $3k, he became homeless before finding success in real estate. After spending six years in Hawaii trying to make it in real estate, with only one deal done and $200k spent on mentorship and coaching, Ray finally found his niche in land flipping. In his first year in land flipping, he made $250k, and now in his fourth year, he is close to making $1 million in net profit. Ray’s journey is motivated by his strong “why” – the passing of his mother, which he sees as a gift and a driving force behind his success.
