Today I’m in conversation with Eika Bugbee to discuss getting started in business. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, she used to think she had to have all the answers in order to “get started”. Erika shares her insight that clarity isn’t always in the “what, when, and how”, but rather in the enthusiasm behind an idea. All we need to know is where to begin, allow ourselves to engage, and the rest will follow.

Erika Bugbee, M.A. is the founder of Erika Bugbee Coaching outside Seattle, Washington. For 22 years she’s specialized in working with teens, young adults, and parents through private video-call programs and 4-day face-to-face immersion programs. Erika also works extensively with individuals and couples, trains and mentors practitioners, and is a frequent international webinar and conference presenter. She has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees in psychology from University of Oregon and City University respectively. Erika has been married for 22 years and has two teenagers.
