106: [REBROADCAST] Being OK No Matter What Happens in Business with Nicole Helprin
To Nicole Helprin, it used to look like overthinking and being extra-intentional were her superpowers, the tools that got her through each day. She was of the “if I can think it, I can build it” mentality, constantly relying on her thinking to determine the state of her wellbeing. In today’s conversation, Nicole shares what she’s learned since challenging these beliefs, and what she’s experienced since embracing an unknown future. She highlights what can happen when you remove “thinking” from the equation, and instead, open yourself up to possibilities beyond your momentary imagination. She sees now that, actually, it is possible to be OK, no matter what happens.
