Tomorrow, Wednesday, President Trump, the creator of our present “America First Movement”, will be just a block or two away from, on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, the location of Roosevelt Field from which Lindbergh took off in 1927 on his non-stop flight to Paris. He will be leading 15,000 MAGA patriots in the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island. Many thousands more will throng outside this huge indoor arena. Where did Donald Trump find his “America First” motto? He found it in the life and overflowing speeches of the leader of “The America First Movement”, Charles A. Lindbergh. Lindbergh’s call for peace and the interests of the American people packed Madison Square Garden, and huge halls across the America of 1940 and 1941. When the America First Committee had 800,000 members (when America was less than half of today’s population), members that included a young John F. Kennedy, his older brother Joe, and his father Joe Sr. Let’s cross our fingers that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will be part of tomorrow’s America First epic event.
