Ron reviewed articles concerning the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals finding that Covid-19 injections were not vaccines and did not meet the requirement for government public school mandates.

Ron also talked about the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversal finding that the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons did have a cause of action against three state medical licensing boards for stifling opinions and the exchange of ideas about Covid-19 lockdowns, masks mandates, and vaccines and abortions and they could file later suits against the Department of Homeland Security.
