As Ohioans get ready to celebrate pride whilst anticipating the decisions from the US Supreme Court, Outlook Ohio (http://www.outlookohio.com), the only statewide LGBTQ and Ally publication , is throwing the biggest (only) queer-focused wedding expo in the state this Sunday, June 7th in Columbus, Ohio. But the reason is more than just to find the most fabulous cake.

The series of events are designed help couples avoid uncomfortable situations where vendors refuse service because the wedding is for two people of the same-sex.

"When same-sex couples are planning weddings, the added stress to it is eventually whenever you contact a business, you're coming out again," said Outlook's Editor-in-Chief Bob Vitale . "At our wedding expos all of our businesses support marriage equality; all of them want our business."

The Columbus event will have dozens of planners, caterers, performers and vendors of all types - all dedicated to serving same-sex couples. The vendors themselves told Vitale  that it's a different atmosphere than the other expos they've taken part in. "At our same-sex expos there is kind of a fun, festive atmosphere. It's like a celebration in itself...and you know, everyone in that room supports us"
