In our LoFi Headlines we update you on that mysterious case of the couple that was hit by a car in San Luis Obispo, and the 24 year old who was charged with vehicular manslaughter. This case was odd from the beginning. Did he know he hit them? Is it possible to fatally hit two people and their dog and NOT know? To make it more odd, when the cops showed up, they didn't know either. The couple wasn’t found until two days later, even after their dog was. Ilan Funke-Bilu is defending this man, and he is on the show today to answer all the questions we have had for a while. The story popped up today because Palacios just pleaded guilty and is facing as little as probation, and as much as over seven years in prison. What should happen?
