This week, Sam is awakened from sleep by a nightmare. Unlike those since Jessica died, however, this one features the death of someone Sam has never met. After Sam and a hastily-awakened Dean rush to Saginaw, Michigan, can they figure out what is going on and save what remains of another family with a similar secret to their own?
