Join Fred Katz and David Baca as we begin to discuss the negotiation survey.  It is time to begin the march to negotiations.

We begin by the negotiation survey which is coming out this week. We ask the nurses of ARRMC to help us hone our strategies to whats important to them.

Further we talk about the information request.  This is the information we ask from the hospital to help us make our proposals.
