Next up in our short series of interviews with brewers from Boise ID, is Sean Pletcher from Clairvoyant Brewing. Our chum and co-host for these shows is beer aficionado Mark Naski, who sent us the beer samples. Clairvoyant is a great neighborhood local, and our sample is a vanilla Russian Imperial Stout that challenges the 10.2 ABV and drinks much lighter.
