"This is our first Zoom conference video-audio podcast! And what better than to spotlight on one of the newest breweries in the Chicago area, and a visit with Art History Brewing in Geneva, IL. Yesterday we released our video interview and tour of the location, and in this podcast we have the audio from that, plus the extended interview with head brewer, Greg Browne, and owner, Tom Rau. From the quality of the brews on offer so far, and they've only been open two weeks, we feel there are great things ahead for these guys. We especially like the Czech-tapper which is producing pints of lager with wet foam...wet foam? Yup, wet foam.
