This is a step into the unknown for the team as the craft beer aspect plays second fiddle to the distilling operation, but as they brew craft beer as well, we make sure we sample a small selection of what they have on offer. Doris and Rick Kennay head up this family business which is just starting to produce a variety of spirits, some of which won't be ready for another 2 or 3 years, so you have to have a lot of patience in this business! It is a unique environment as the location is a re-purposed theater, so if you feel like a couple of drinks up in the balcony, this is just the place to come.
