Personal integrity is something I take very seriously and it has to do with the time I spent in the Army.  Personal integrity is one of the biggest things that will lead to success when you are in business for yourself.  A lot of times people say they are going to do something and then end up not doing it.  This can be big things or it can even be something as simple as an e-mail or text.  I think if you own doing what you say you are going to do, this will go a long way for you personally and professionally.
