Entrepreneur Podcast we are talking about clinical interactions and how it plays into your business.  I did not think the communication side of things was as important coming out of school as I believe it to be now.  You need to be willing to listen to your patients as much as you physically treat them.  This will almost always yield positive results for you, your business, and more importantly, your patients.
