Mr. John Zhao is holding Bachelor of Science honors in building design and management and Master of Science Distinction in project management from England.  Mr. John has worked in the petrochemical industry for the past twenty-seven years in the Middle East, Europe, and North America, holding positions of field engineer, construction-cost engineer, project risk manager, and project management officer.  Mr. John Zhao is devoted to project controls, with special interest in Monte Carlo simulation techniques for cost-estimate-contingency determination and management and firmly believes that his knowledge, skills, and expertise must add value to project organizations.  His focus is, again, on Monte Carlo simulation modeling techniques for the determination of capital cost estimate contingency and escalation.  His specialties include project cost and risk management; project risk-management training, consulting, service; project cost engineering and forecasting, using earned value and simulation techniques; and so much more.
