This week Ron deals with a man who didn't like the smell of cigarettes in his rental car, a man who kept sending products back for no reason at all, a lady who wanted her money back for having to wait for pizza, one lady rents a car that wasn't charged and can't work out what to do, one man tells his whole life story through the medium of complaining about his missing package, one man gets very intimidated by a female taxi driver playing her music too loud and one man goes on a very special mission for us to retrieve his laptop, and a whole lot more besides!
