Maddie Pope is one of only about 200 female black belts in the world! She talks about her path to the black belt and how she’s moving forward with her skill set to give back. Her passion project, Lightning Strike, teaches people, women especially, how to avoid being a target for violence. Maddie talks about self awareness, pattern of life stops and learning what to look for! She works with the US Special Forces to teach them to channel, stair step and notice red flags. The information Maddie shares is invaluable to all of us and engaging to say the least. Listen up!
