NABshow has been canceled due to COVID-19. Multiple other events, such as SXSW, have been canceled and schools and offices are moving to remote working.
Google Play Music Podcasts is no longer taking submissions! Well, we think so. It looks like the submission link is dead. This will make our friend James Cridland of Podnews very happy.
Podcasting can be good for your mental health! Tell us something we don’t know.
She Podcasts Live - year two will be held in Scottsdale, AZ October 15-18. We’ll be there!
COVID-19 What You Need to Know, a new podcast from ABC News. This is now a daily podcast and can keep you up to date.
The Ron Burgundy Podcast is back (season 3) and will be having a live show in San Diego on March 17. Tickets are available here and currently range from $36-$119.

Best Practice:

Episode Artwork, revisited: Mike tested various ways you can use episode level artwork for your show; this is explained in Podcast Help Desk Episode 130. But, bottom line,  RSS level image and a featured image appear to be the most used. The ID3 tag image, not so much. Is it worth worrying about?

How to put an episode level image in your feed in PowerPress using the new Podcast Episode box. 
Category podcasting creates a feed unique to the category used.  As a completely separate show. The main feed from WordPress and PowerPress will contain ALL podcast episodes no matter which category you post them to.
