When I met Natacha Dolson over a year ago as a participant in a mentoring program at work, I had no idea that was the beginning of a journey that would result in me launching a podcast. But here we are . . . I am happy to have a conversation with Dr. Natacha Dolson, on the Plattinum Passport Podcast. ABOUT NATACHA DOLSON
Dr. Natacha Dolson has over 15 years of experience leading various programs for adults and children with developmental disabilities within the private, nonprofit, and public sectors in various states. She has a wide scope of experience with strategic planning, process improvement, change management and goal implementation in addition to program and policy development, data management, emergency management, and community engagement. She is also a published author within the business realm. In addition to business functions, Dr. Dolson has a passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives, mentoring, and advocating for populations in need of support.
Dr. Dolson earned a Master’s Degree in Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a specialization in Strategic Foresight from Regent University. She also holds Master’s Certificates in Law & Public Safety and Global Leadership and is a certified ‘Lean Six Sigma Black Belt’.
