2024 July 21 - King of Wings Hoodoo under the Milky Way
In today's image, we see the King of Wings Hoodoo which is a rock formation where the softer rock below has been worn away, leaving the harder rock hanging out over nothing. Up above in the sky, we wee the Milky Way which is our spiral galaxy as we see it from within.
