030 - Resilience, Learning Lessons from My Decisions: Kevin Pride
Kevin Pride is from Birmingham, Alabama. Roll Tide! Once a dean at my university, Dean Pride’s passion has always been sports of any kind. In recent years, however, Pride has endured several medical emergencies that could have cost him his life, including a life-threatening heart attack. Today, Pride is a survivor—a survivor still looking for two elusive kidneys he will need sometime soon. In this episode, Pride details his comeback journey back to life. We discuss his second chance at life at Wildwood, healthy eating and living, diabetes, and where his hope comes from.
