Dir. of Faithful Friends No Kill Shelter in Deleware. She helped bring Shelter Reform changes to Deleware via the legislative Process (FaithfulFriends.us). We will talk about Deleware's sheltering landscape since 2010, and how Minnesota's legislature is considering its own version of the Companion Animal Protection Act (MN CAPA.)
