Change is uncomfortable by nature.  We are programmed to stay safe, so change looks like risk.  However, there are times when not changing is more dangerous than staying the same. Sometimes we have to go against our fight, flight, or freeze instincts, and make a choice.

We exist in two zones:

• The Comfort Zone
  
• The Magic Zone
  

These two zones don’t touch each other.  You must step out of the comfort zone to get to the magic zone, where great things happen.  To make progress, you need to make some kind of change.

All change is uncomfortable, but it’s necessary.  The world is always changing, and if you’re not evolving with it, then you’re going backwards.
