My husband Mark and I are huge fans of the Star Trek franchise, from classic Star Trek all the way to modern films. We’ve recently watched the first of the Star Trek remakes, and it occurred to me that part of the reason Star Trek resonates with me is that the crew members of the starship Enterprise reflect ideal workplace dynamics. Each crew member is outstandingly good at what they do and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done. They’re all Rockstars, and Rockstars make the seemingly impossible challenges possible.
