Dr. Charles Shepherd is the Honorary Medical Adviser to the ME Association, a patient charity in London, UK.
Dr. Ken Friedman is a retired Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Physiology, New Jersey University of Medicine and Dentistry, Newark, New Jersey.
